Non ricordo nemmeno quanti mesi fa ho scoperto il suo blog, probabilmente perchè è stato uno dei primi stranieri che ho iniziato a leggere ed ancora oggi lo frequento molto volentieri perchè mi piace l’approccio di Heather alle recensioni e mi piace il fatto di poter leggere tramite lei di marchi che sono probabilmente ancora lontani anni luce dall’Italia 😛 Spero che anche voi vogliate fare una visita al suo blog perchè a mio parere davvero merita!

I am very passionate about using natural beauty products and finding happiness and health in my life. I blog about natural beauty products, health and wellness, food and travel and anything else in my life that I want to share.
Where do you write from and how long ago did you start your blog? I blog from my home near Albany, NY in the USA. I started my blog in 2009.

How many followers do you have at the moment? I have many followers on different pages. For example, on my blog I have 300 followers, on Facebook there are 808, on Twitter there are 838.
Which are the main issues you write about on your blog? I write about natural beauty products and my life. I like to take photos and write reviews of products. I post pictures and information about makeup looks. I also like to share information about my travels, food, books, body-mind-spirit topics and more.
Can you tell us the greater satisfaction you received since the beginning of your blogging activity? The greatest satisfaction from my blog has been the encouragement and support from my friends and readers. It is also very exciting when a natural beauty product company, a celebrity, or someone in the natural beauty product industry sees my blog.
Have you ever had a “dark moment” when you thought about ending it all up with your blog? Yes, actually. Blogging can be very demanding and time consuming and it can be discouraging when you do not get the internet traffic you hope for or comments. It can feel like no one notices your hard work. Also, day to day life needs to take a priority and I need to make sure that my friends, family and health come first.
An advice you would like to give to people entering the world of natural / organic cosmetics right now… I suggest that you make sure it is something you truly believe in and that you do a lot of research and gain ingredient knowledge. In the United States, many products can say they are natural but the ingredients are not all natural. Honesty from those in the industry and knowledge from those of us who share information on natural products is very important.
What do you think makes your blog stand apart from all the other ones dedicated to natural and organic cosmetics? I think what makes my blog stand out from other ones about natural and organic cosmetics is that it is mine. I put my heart and soul into my blog. I am very open and honest with my readers. I take pride in what I do but I also have fun with it. I hope that my readers can see that and appreciate it.
